Custom Plastic Blow Molding
Plastic Product Formers is a privately held custom plastic molder specializing in blow molding and contract manufacturing. Our technical staff has over 20 years of blow-molding experience.
Our specialty is the molding of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) from 1 to 7 pound parts, and our goal is total customer satisfaction through the on-time delivery of quality products.
Your plastic molded product is produced using world class manufacturing techniques using well-trained employees. Our goal is for all our employees to have extensive knowledge of quality, inspection, and manufacturing systems. We treat our people as our most valuable assets and spend significant time in hiring, teaching and training.
In-Mold Label Application
Plastic Product Formers uses patented "in-mold" application technology to apply artwork to its blow-molded products. The result is photo-quality artwork that will not scratch or peel off.
Engineering
We have full engineering capabilities including: product development using 3D Modeling (Pro-E, Solid works) and 2D engineering drawings using ACAD. We have full CNC capabilities and offer CNC Molds, Cast Aluminum Molds, or a combination of these technologies.

Blow Molding Services
Plastic Product Formers current process capability is an accumulator type duel head (10 lbs.), duel extruder, Kautex B30.
We will soon be adding additional blow molding equipment with shot sizes ranging from 5 lbs to 20 lbs.
We have experience with HDPE, LDPE, MDPE, EVA, and Styrene.
We have experience with in-mold inserts, multiple moving sections, and in-mold decorating.
Our blow molding experience includes utility containers, toys and outdoor sporting products.
